Fun in the Sun!

 Welcome Friendly Firefly Families!

We have been having fun in the sun the last few days!  Our students have done a fabulous job of being quiet while the third grade students across the hall were testing.  Let me tell you, keeping 4 and 5 year old students quiet  AND happy for over 3 hours is no easy task.  We thought since they did such a great job, we should have a little extra fun to celebrate.  We enjoyed popsicles outside yesterday and some bubbles with the bubble machine today.  

Thank you parents & students for all of the love that we have received this week during Teacher Appreciation Week.  You are the best!

 Welcome Friendly Firefly Families!

We have been having fun learning about nature.  On Tuesday, we welcomed Ranger Stacey from Sesquicentennial State Park.  Ranger Stacey came to our school to conduct a special "in house" field trip.  She helped us learn about how to use our special tools (5 senses) in nature.  We used our senses to explore the world around us (minus taste!)  Everyone had so much fun on our adventure.
